Heres 2 sites that lets you send free Sms or Text Messages to mobile cellphones to any countries. All you need is a computer and an internet connection.
Remember to type the correct country code and mobile number. For example (+639184740666)
+63 - is the country code for the Philippines
9184740666 - is the mobile number.
The time I tried this I immediately recieved my text message on my cellphone. As in seconds. Well I definitely havent tried it on all countries to know for certain that it works on any country. But I dont see any reason why it shouldn't work as advertised. Feedback will be helpfull. Tested and works 100% with GLOBE, SUN & SMART.

First go to this url http://www.kuripotxt.net/
Now type on the screen the contry code plus the mobile number on the first box then your text message on the second box and hit SEND
If your successful in sending your sms, you will see a green encircled check beside the send button. If you see a red circle then your text message was not sent. Just check carefully if you typed the correct country code and mobile number or just try sending it again.
SENDING FREE SMS WITH MYUTEXT
First go to this url http://myutext.com/
Now on the image of an mobile device on the left . Type the country code plus the mobile number and your text message as shown below and hit the send button below (indicated by an arrow).
If your successful in sendinng your sms you will see a confirmation message as shown below. Incase you see an error or your text message didnt send just double check wether you inputed the correct contry code and mobile number or just try sending it again.
